This cookie policy is issued by the data controller, MİNDDX DİJİTAL DÖNÜŞÜM TEKNOLOJİLERİ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (“MindDX”), for the minddx.ai website (the “Site”).
In short
minddx.ai uses no cookies to work. Analytics and marketing measurement tools, and their cookies, load only if you consent. On your first visit a cookie banner asks for your choice: analytics and marketing start switched off, and «Reject non-essential» is as easy as «Accept all». If you do not consent, the Site uses only the essential browser storage below and a cookieless, anonymous count of button and link use.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Technologies such as the browser’s local and session storage can hold data on your device in a similar way. Below we explain which of these the Site uses, and why.
Categories
- Essential (always on): running and securing the Site, remembering campaign tags within the tab, storing your cookie choice, and a cookieless, anonymous count of button and link use. Not subject to your consent.
- Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft), to measure and improve how the Site is used.
- Marketing (only with your consent): Google Ads (Google), Meta Pixel (Meta), LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn), Lemlist Website Visitor (Lemlist) and Lusha Website Visitors (Lusha), to measure the results of our advertising campaigns, to target advertising on those platforms and to identify the companies visiting the Site for our sales work.
Essential browser storage
For its essential functions the Site uses browser storage, not cookies. The Site sends none of this data to any server.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type and duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| minddx.attribution.v1 | minddx.ai | Keeps the campaign tags (UTM) you arrived with. They are added to links into MindDX Platform and to your form request, so it is clear which campaign the request came from. | Session storage · deleted when the tab closes |
| minddx.consent.v1 | minddx.ai | Keeps your cookie choice: yes or no for analytics and for marketing, when you chose and when the choice expires. It holds no identifier, campaign tag or page history. | Local storage · 180 days; after that you are asked again |
| Assistant conversation history | MindDX Platform (MindDX Assistant) | Lets you continue the conversation with the assistant where you left off, in the same tab. | Session storage · deleted when the tab closes |
Measurement tools loaded with your consent
These tools load only once you consent to their category; before that, no request is sent to these providers. Every query parameter other than campaign tags (UTM) is removed from the page address passed to them; the one exception is the ad click ID (gclid) of a visit from a Google ad, which is passed only to Google Ads and only with marketing consent. That ID is not passed to MindDX’s own measurement, to your form request or to MindDX’s records. Your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and anything you write in the forms or to MindDX Assistant are not sent to these tools; form fields and the assistant window are masked in Microsoft Clarity recordings. Google Analytics receives page views, button and link use, and the fact that a form was opened and sent successfully; Google Ads receives page views and the fact that the campaign page’s form was sent successfully; Meta receives page views and the fact that a form was sent successfully; LinkedIn receives page views and the fact that the campaign page’s form was sent successfully. Microsoft Clarity records interactions within the page (such as clicks and scrolling).
Lemlist Website Visitor and Lusha Website Visitors identify which company a visit comes from and show the result in MindDX’s account with these providers; MindDX’s own measurement events and form details are not passed to them. To do so, Lusha matches your IP address against its own company database, processes the pages viewed, the visit time and the referring source, and states that it identifies companies, not individuals. According to Lusha, company records MindDX has not saved are kept for up to 90 days, and those it has saved until they are deleted. On every page load Lemlist receives the Site’s address (domain and page path, without query parameters), the previous page’s path, the event type and your browser information; your IP address reaches Lemlist with that request. Lemlist uses no cookie or browser storage on the Site’s own domain. How long Lemlist keeps this data is determined by Lemlist.
| Cookie | Provider | Category and purpose | Duration |

| _gcl_aw | Google (Google Ads) | Marketing: to store the Google ad click ID (gclid) so that a form conversion can be linked to the ad | 90 days |
| _fbp | Meta (Meta Pixel) | Marketing: to distinguish the browser, advertising measurement | 90 days |
| Cookies on the linkedin.com domain | LinkedIn (Insight Tag) | Marketing: advertising measurement and targeting | As set by LinkedIn |
| lid_lusha | Lusha (Website Visitors) | Marketing: to distinguish the visitor by a random ID, company identification (the same name is also kept in local storage) | 30 days |
| __cflb (on the app.lemlist.com domain) | Lemlist (Website Visitor), Cloudflare | Load balancing on the marketing tool’s server | About 7 hours |
Cookie names and durations are set by the providers and may change; the information above is based on the providers’ own documentation or on the tools’ observed behaviour on the Site. Providers may also use cookies on their own domains (for example google.com and doubleclick.net for Google, clarity.ms and bing.com for Microsoft, linkedin.com for LinkedIn, lemlist.com for Lemlist, lusha.com for Lusha). For details: Google · Microsoft · Meta · LinkedIn · Lemlist · Lusha.
External services
All of the Site’s files, fonts included, are served from the Site’s own server. Without your consent, the only external service the Site connects to is MindDX Platform (platform.minddx.ai), for the assistant’s files and the cookieless, anonymous count of button and link use. It sets no cookie, but your IP address and browser information technically reach MindDX Platform when it is called. In the categories you consent to, the Site also connects to the providers of the measurement tools above.
External links
Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp, or to MindDX Platform, open only when you click them. Cookies used by those sites are subject to their own cookie policies. For MindDX Platform’s use of cookies, see the MindDX Platform privacy and cookie information.
Managing your preferences
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time under «Cookie settings» in the footer of every page. When you withdraw consent, sending new information to the tools concerned stops at once; Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Meta are told of the withdrawal, the Lusha tool is stopped on the page, and the LinkedIn and Lemlist tools are no longer loaded from the next page on. Cookies these tools placed on the Site’s own domain are deleted where possible; the Site cannot delete cookies on the providers’ own domains, which you can delete in your browser settings.
You can clear or block browser storage and cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not break the Site; only the campaign tags, the assistant history and your cookie choice are not remembered. Browser help pages: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge.
Changes
If a new measurement tool or category is added to the Site, this policy is updated first and, where required, you are asked for your choice again.
