In Implement, the MindDX role is set by product and scope: design, implementation, integration, process redesign, training. The role and the scope are written explicitly into every proposal.
Go-live is not an ending but a new measurement point. Within the agreed scope, Process measures and improves the processes; where contracted, Support provides post-go-live support. The two can continue together or separately.
