AI produces the draft
Information is structured and a first draft is produced. At this stage the output is a proposal, not a decision.

A human reviews it
A consultant or your authorised user reviews the content, corrects it and validates it in context. Who reviews depends on the type of output.

Where an output needs approval, the document records who gave it and when.

A change reaches your system only after approval
The only path that writes to your system follows a preview, a written approval and a transfer sequence; every step is recorded, and steps that cannot be undone are stated before approval.
02Governance
Governance on six axes
Each axis carries its own boundary. An axis without a written boundary would present an unmeasured capability as fact.
Human approval
The level of review depends on the type of output; not every output goes through expert approval. When approval is given, it is recorded on the document with who and when.
Evidence
A finding without an evidence reference does not enter the report; every finding carries its basis.
Authorisation
Every document is visible only to the authorised customer and the assigned consultant; session and permission are resolved on the server, not stated by the client.
Traceability
One chain from business need to acceptance evidence; a report fingerprint and an event record. The event log keeps errors and phase transitions.
Cost control
Every AI call is recorded with its owner and capability. This is not a customer dashboard; it is MindDX’s own internal control.
Controlled action
The only path that writes to your system follows a preview, a written approval and a transfer sequence; every step is recorded, and steps that cannot be undone are stated before approval. Audit does not write to your system; on Odoo it works with read-only methods.

What AI produces, what a human reviews
We do not sell raw AI output. For every capability, what AI produces and what a human reviews are written down separately.

04Evidence and traceability
Do not lose the thread.
The MindDX traceability model: the link is preserved from evidence to finding, human decision, Validated Scope, design, implementation, test, acceptance evidence and continuous improvement. What was done, and why, does not get lost.
Every link carries a record: source, owner, timestamp, evidence link. The transitions are not automatic; decisions, approvals and acceptance are given by people. An output without that link is not a MindDX output. The chain is MindDX’s target traceability model, brought into service progressively across engagements.
