This text sets out the terms of use and the privacy practices of the minddx.ai website (the “Site”) of MİNDDX DİJİTAL DÖNÜŞÜM TEKNOLOJİLERİ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (“MindDX”). By using the Site you accept these terms.
Your personal data
The Site processes personal data only when you fill in a form, write to MindDX Assistant, or reach us by WhatsApp, e-mail or phone. Which data is processed, for what purpose and on what legal ground, who receives it and your rights are set out in detail in the KVKK disclosure notice. The Site does not use cookies; see the cookie policy. There is no membership or password on the Site.
Security
The connection to the Site is encrypted (HTTPS). Form and assistant data is sent only to MindDX Platform, and access to it is limited to people authorised for their role. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure; we take reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the rights to the text, images, video, logos, design and other content of the Site belong to MindDX and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without MindDX’s written permission. Third-party product and brand names mentioned on the Site (for example Odoo, abas, Zoho, Pipedrive, Freshworks) belong to their owners and are used only to identify the services concerned.
Nature of the information and limitation of liability
The information on the Site is for general information and is not a binding offer. Scope, duration and price are fixed by the contract between the parties. MindDX Assistant’s answers are for information, may contain errors and create no binding commitment on MindDX’s behalf. MindDX takes reasonable care to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but, to the extent permitted by law, cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage arising from actions taken in reliance on it. MindDX reserves the right to change the Site’s content without prior notice.
Links and social media
The Site contains no social-media plug-ins; it only links to LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp. When you follow these links, the platform’s own terms and privacy policy apply. The providers of linked external sites are responsible for their content.
Content responsibility (Law No. 5651)
MindDX complies with its obligations under Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications. You can report content you consider unlawful to info@minddx.ai; reported content is reviewed and removed where necessary.
Changes
This text is updated when needed. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Bakırköy) have jurisdiction over disputes.
