Free Digital Maturity Scan

Online, short and free: a first picture of where an organisation stands. It is not Checkup and not Assess.

Checkup

A software-independent maturity measurement on a 1–5 scale that places the organisation on one of five levels (Initial, Developing, Integrated, Optimized, Digital Leader). It is part of Assess and can also be bought on its own. Checkup

Assess

A fixed-fee decision product and the first commercial product of the journey. Checkup measures maturity; Discover Scope is added for a new system, Audit for an installed one. The output is the Validated Scope. Assess

Validated Scope

The scope Assess proves with evidence: what has to change, why and in which order. It sets the implementation scope and the commercial frame, and Implement is priced on it. For a live system the output is the Validated Improvement Scope. Assess

Discover Scope / Audit

Two alternative paths at the same point of Assess, not applied together by default. Discover Scope clarifies the scope for a new system; Audit evaluates an installed Odoo, Zoho or abas ERP system. The two paths of Assess

Implement

Carries the Validated Scope from design to testing and team readiness. The result is Go-Live Ready, with acceptance given by human approval. Blueprint is produced here, in Discover Deep Dive, not in Assess. Implement

Gap / Fit

The analysis of whether each need is met by standard software capability. It is produced in Implement, as an output of Discover Deep Dive; it is not an Assess output. Implement

Transform

The annual continuing-transformation frame in which the live system is measured and improved within the agreed scope. Process and Support can be packaged in it, or each bought on its own as an annual subscription. Transform

Man-day

Billing per consultant day. At MindDX, Assess has a fixed fee and Implement is priced on the Validated Scope; no hourly or daily rate is published. How we work
