By measuring. The Free Digital Maturity Scan gives a short preliminary view; MindDX Assess validates the current state and the scope with evidence. The core transformation journey starts with Assess.
Before deciding on software or licences, we measure the current state, the processes and readiness with evidence. The transformation is then planned from a measured starting point rather than from estimates.
Yes. Checkup is software-independent: it clarifies your maturity and your starting point before you decide which system to move to.

A fixed-fee decision product. Checkup measures maturity; Discover Scope is added for a new system, Audit for an installed one. The output is a Validated Scope; on a live system, a Validated Improvement Scope.
No. Checkup is a software-independent maturity measurement and can also be bought on its own. Assess is the first commercial product of the core transformation journey: it adds Discover Scope or Audit on top of Checkup and produces a validated scope.
Discover Scope clarifies the scope for a new system; Audit evaluates an installed Odoo, Zoho or abas ERP system. They are alternative routes at the same point; by default, both are not applied.
A maturity baseline, an evidence record, current-state findings, risks and priorities where the evidence supports them, and the Validated Scope. The outputs are delivered to you and remain yours to use.
No. The Blueprint is the output of Discover Deep Dive and is produced within Implement. Assess validates the scope; it does not produce a design document.
No. Assess is a product that is complete on its own; Implement does not start automatically. Continuing is a separate decision.
Yes. If you continue to Implement, the net amount you actually paid for Assess is deducted from the Implement fee.
Our solution categories cover ERP, CRM, MES and IIoT, APS, process intelligence, ESG, customer service and ITSM; each product has its own page. The scope of the capabilities depends on the system; Checkup, however, is software-independent.
Audit is offered for installed Odoo, Zoho and abas ERP systems. On Odoo, the live installation can be measured using read-only methods when the required access has been separately authorised and established; a consultant agrees the access arrangements with you. For Zoho and abas ERP, Audit is conducted without a direct live-system connection, using structured questionnaires, customer-provided documents and consultant evaluation.
Yes. For an installed Odoo, Zoho or abas ERP system, the live-system route of Assess is Audit: it evaluates the existing installation without changing it and produces the Validated Improvement Scope, which shows what to improve.
MindDX is a partner for Zoho, Odoo, abas, Pipedrive, Freshworks, ProcessMind and Prodaso: for these solutions it sells licences and provides implementation services. Customer-specific scope and roles are set out in the proposal, based on the validated scope. For other software, this depends on the software, the vendor’s commercial model and the scope of the work; it is set out in writing once the scope is clear. MindDX Platform, by contrast, is MindDX’s own product.
No. ERP, CRM and other third-party solutions are not Platform modules; the Platform governs their selection, their scope and the readiness for their implementation.
The core transformation journey consists of three commercial products: Assess, Implement and Transform. In addition, Checkup can be bought on its own, and Process and Support on their own as annual subscriptions. Discover, Audit, Design and Train are delivered within the core journey.
Assess has a fixed fee; it is not billed by the hour or by the day. The fee published for engagements in Türkiye is on the Assess page.
A fixed price on the validated scope. The price rests on the scope validated in Assess; a figure written before the scope is validated would be a promise made for an unknown scope.
No. Assess is a fixed-fee decision product. Implement is priced on the validated scope. Transform, Process and Support are offered as annual subscriptions; the scope and the commercial framework are agreed with a consultant.
No. Assess has a fixed fee and Implement is priced on the validated scope; no hourly or daily rate is published.
The MindDX Platform application database is hosted in the EU. As some service providers are located abroad, personal data may be transferred abroad in line with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK. The details are in the data protection notice.
Each document is seen only by the authorised customer and the assigned consultant; the session and the permissions are resolved on the server, not stated by the client.
No. Audit does not make changes to your system. On Odoo, live measurement is done with read-only methods when access has been separately authorised and established; on Zoho and abas ERP no direct live-system connection is used, and the evaluation is done with structured questionnaires, customer documents and consultant interviews.
No. Agents carry out the work; the decision and the responsibility stay with people. The one path that writes to your system follows the sequence of preview, written approval and transfer; Audit does not write to your system. We neither promise nor deliver a fully autonomous ERP implementation.
No. The level of control depends on the output type. Checkup and Audit reports go through consultant review and approval; on Design documents the consultant’s approval is stamped on the document; Train documents and Support Assistant answers do not go through consultant approval.
When approval is given, it is recorded on the document with who and when. Outputs without an approval gate are marked separately in the assurance table.
No. No change reaches your system without your approval: first a preview, then written approval. Every step is recorded, and steps that cannot be undone are stated before approval.
Models from leading foundation-model providers. The choice of model, the parameters and the cost are under MindDX’s control; the models do not make decisions.
Through three separations. What AI produces is kept apart from the decision itself: the model produces the draft, a person makes the decision. Approval is recorded: who approved it, and when, stays on the document. Writing to the system is a separate gate: a change is first presented as a preview and applied only after written approval.
An annual continuous-transformation framework in which the live system is measured and improved within the agreed scope. Process and Support can be packaged together within it.
Yes. Process can be bought on its own as an annual subscription; it can also be packaged with Support within Transform.
Yes. Support can be bought on its own as an annual subscription; it can also be packaged with Process within Transform.
It derives from system data how processes really run: cycle times, bottlenecks, rework loops. It is delivered with ProcessMind technology and run by a consultant.
The Support Assistant answers from the knowledge base of the product you bought; it does not open tickets, it redirects. These answers are not reviewed by a consultant; when the knowledge base cannot answer, it points to a support agreement.
The MindDX Partner Program is in preparation. Independent consultants, solution ecosystem companies and technology providers can register their interest; every collaboration is defined through a conversation and a separate commercial agreement.
