Balçık Tormec Heating Elements has begun an Odoo ERP project to strengthen its manufacturing expertise with digital capabilities. MindDX is the solution provider for the project, and we held its kick-off meeting with the Balçık team. We see this collaboration as a step that supports Balçık’s organisational development and long-term goals.

With its experience in manufacturing heating elements, Balçık is continuing its approach of continuously improving its processes through a new digital investment. The project focuses on supporting existing business knowledge with a more integrated structure and strengthening the flow of information between teams.
The objective: visibility, coordination and decision support
The Odoo ERP project aims to strengthen the connections between production planning, purchasing, sales and financial processes within the agreed scope. Its main objectives include greater process visibility, easier access to up-to-date information for the teams and better support for reporting.
These objectives describe benefits to be evaluated as the project progresses, not results already achieved. The structure to be developed in line with the implementation scope and business priorities is intended to support day-to-day operations and management decisions.
